1.1 Nature of Service

1.2 Eligible Age

3.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made in your own name. Deposits under a third party's name are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is reflected in mmkil's account, the player will be able to start playing.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The player's KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings linked to a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes; it may take longer due to verification checks.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

Players can receive 150% of their first deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering required: 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be used on specified game types; play on games not listed will not count toward wagering.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn as real money once the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonus funds are mixed with the player's real money balance and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• mmkil may change or discontinue any bonus at any time; players who have already received a bonus will not be affected.

4.3 Cashback Bonus

Weekly cashback is awarded based on VIP level — Bronze: up to 0.3%, Silver: up to 0.7%, Gold: up to 1.0%. Cashback is paid with no wagering requirement. VIP level promotions and demotions are determined by mmkil based on each individual player's betting history.

4.4 Referral Bonus (Refer a Friend)

The referrer will receive 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per referred player. In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.2% of the referred player's valid bets.

5.1 Fair Play

mmkil uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce game results, so every player has an equal chance. Exploiting software bugs, botting, and collusion are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a server problem or disconnection occurs during play, mmkil will review the game records and resolve the issue. Disputes are only accepted when there is a clear and valid record; for technical issues not covered in these terms, mmkil's decision is final.

5.3 Player Responsibility

• Players are solely responsible for all their own gaming decisions.

8.1 Service Provision

9.2 Dispute Resolution
